SALES & BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE - Skin Care & Aesthetics (qualified Skin Care / Somatologists only)
Cape Town & Surrounds (Western-Cape) - South Africa
Starting Date: 01 February 2024 / ASAP
Reports to: National Sales Manager / Director
Contract: Full Time Employment
HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Closed all major public holidays
- R15,000 GROSS BASIC Salary per month - neg based on relevant B2B sales experience
- Commission (tiered structure)
- Company Petrol Allowance - R4,000 per month
- Company Cell Phone Allowance - R1,000 per month
- Total CTC (Gross) R20,000 excluding legal deductions & commission
- Matric Certificate
- Applicable Diploma in Skin Care OR Cosmetology OR Somatology
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- Active Business 2 Business Sales experience desired (on the road visiting salons & spas)
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required as you will be traveling around Cape Town, Southern Suburbs, Boland & West Coast
- Ideally should reside within the greater Cape Town area with ease of travel to our office in CPT
We are seeking a highly driven, sales orientated Skin Care professional who can maintain and grow an existing portfolio. Our incumbent will be comfortable with cold calling, traveling and developing new business
DUTIES: * Maintain existing portfolio
- Follow up on all leads received from H/O
- Offer training and support where required
- Cold calling
- Scheduling visits in advance
- Brand education
- Attend regular strat meetings with the national team
- Prospecting
- Assist at Office when needed or not on the road traveling
