SKIN CARE SALES-REP (Multi-Brands)
Gauteng Region (North, South, West Rand, East Rand & Vaal Triangle) - South Africa
Starting Date: 01 January 2024
Reports to: National Sales Manager / Director
Contract: Full Time Employment
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
- Closed all major public holidays
- Market Related Basic Salary (based on experience to date)
- Commission
- Company Petrol Allowance
- Company Cell Phone Allowance
- Total CTC (Gross) R25,000 excluding commission & legal deductions (this is influenced by the Basic Salary)
- Matric Certificate
- Applicable Somatology OR Skin Care Diploma
- CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds etc.
- Active Business 2 Business Sales experience desired (on the road visiting salons & spas)
- Business savvy with confidence working on sales apps & computer
- Own car with insurance and valid driver license is required and not negotiable
- Must be based in Johannesburg with ease of travel to various regions (East Rand / West Rand etc.)
- Ability to deal with pressure that comes with overseeing a big area - lots of prospecting
We are seeking a highly driven, sales orientated Skin Care professional who can maintain and grow an existing portfolio. Our incumbent will be comfortable with cold calling, traveling and developing new business
DUTIES: * Maintain and grow existing portfolio
- Follow up on all leads received from H/O
- Offer training and support where required
- Cold calling
- Scheduling visits in advance
- Brand education
- Attend regular strategy meetings with the national team
- Prospecting
