Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Training and Facilitation

  • Internal Product Training (product training will be provided)
  • Passenger Tyres
  • Truck and commercial Tyres
  • Agri, Industrial, OTR (Off the Road), Mining and Forklift Tyres
  • Internal Software processes and SOP (software training will be provided)
  • Sales Force
  • Sages Training
  • Onboarding
  • Soft skills
Content Development and updates
  • Internal Product Training
  • Internal Software processes and SOP
  • Onboarding
  • Soft skills
Training Administration
  • Training Venue administration
  • Internal training certification
  • Compilation and administration of training registers
  • Training Committee administration
  • Relevant SETA administration
  • Assisting in learning/Training needs analysis
  • Reporting for BEE audits
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as a Trainer
  • Matric, with industry level certification or qualification
  • Registered facilitator (assessor and moderator would be Advantageous)
  • Basic understanding of BBBEE Training targets
  • Experience in working with SETAs and compilation of WSP, ATR and funding application
  • Video editing or animation related content development would be distinct advantage
  • Demonstrate good facilitation and presentation skills
  • Possess the ability to coach, mentor and develop other
  • Advance provision in MS PowerPoint
