Job Description
Landani Facilities Management is seeking a skilled
Landscaping Technician
with formallandscaping qualifications or training
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of plants, turf management, irrigation systems, and landscaping best practices, with the ability to deliver high-quality work across residential, commercial, and institutional sites.Key Responsibilities
Maintain gardens, lawns, flowerbeds, and outdoor landscapes to professional standards. Perform planting, pruning, trimming, fertilization, and seasonal maintenance. Install and maintain irrigation systems. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools. Monitor plant health and perform pest and weed control. Assist with landscaping projects, site improvements, and new installations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
A
qualification or certified training in Landscaping, Horticulture, or a related field
(essential). Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance. Strong knowledge of plants, soil, turf, and landscaping techniques. Ability to read and follow landscaping plans or instructions. Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. Good teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R7000,00 - R8500,00 per month
