About the Role
We are recruiting skilled Electrical Technicians from
South Africa
and other countries to work on large-scale construction sites across four major cities inGermany
. This is a hands-on role focusing on the complete electrical setup of buildings and industrial facilities.Key Responsibilities
Electrical installation in new construction projects Laying electrical lines and systems from scratch in buildings and workplaces Industrial wiring and related tasks Ensuring all work meets German safety and quality standards
Minimum Requirements
Education:
Completed vocational or technical high school in Electrical/Electronics OR a degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering Applications without formal qualifications will not be considered
Experience:
Experience in construction site electrical work or industrial wiring preferred CV must include detailed work history with company names and duties
Language:
Basic German is required One-month German language course provided during recruitment Ongoing language training offered after employment begins
Other Requirements:
Clean criminal record No travel restrictions (must be eligible to travel abroad) Military clearance (if applicable)
Diploma Equivalence (Nostrification)
Preference given to applicants with German diploma equivalence (IHK Fosa) If not available, our company will assist in obtaining it Company pays EUR600 upfront for the process Employee repays EUR200/month for the first 3 months after starting work You will receive your official professional recognition document

Gross hourly wage: EUR14.50 to EUR17.00 depending on qualifications and experience
Weekly hours: 50-57 hours
20-24 days of paid annual leave
