Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Site Supervisor/Fitter to oversee all aluminium products installations on sites. The site supervisor/fitter responsibilities will include breaking out and fitting all aluminium products, supervise and manage site teams and ensure all procedures are followed.

Site Supervisor/Fitter to oversee all aluminium projects and supervise a team:

• Follow safety procedures.

• Coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans

• Ensure that everyone has the correct Personal Protective Equipment suitable for the expected tasks.

• Lead and manage a site team.

• Take responsibility for all tools and equipment on site.

• Report to the Site manager on progress and any issues that may arise.

• Measuring work to be put into production.

• Adhere to all safety regulations o site and follow safety protocol.

• Liaise with clients on site regarding work carried out.

• Ensure company vehicle is kept neat and tidy.

• Ensure company vehicle is washed weekly.

• Any other reasonable instructions within the scope of work

• Guarantee all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

• Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.

Project Management:

• Measure sites for quotations and manufacturing needs

• Work with the relevant Teams to draft the scope of the solution.

Staff Management:

• Responsible for the implementation and review of individual role profiles.

• Responsible for the implementation of individual development plans.

• Responsible for team /s to receive the necessary trainings to ensure all safety procedures are followed.

Requirements

• Quality-oriented and knowledgeable of building codes and construction safety regulations regarding aluminium.

• Ultimately, an outstanding site supervisor/fitter should be able to interpret plans as well as demonstrate exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
