Assisting national branches with all admin related queries when necessary

Administration
General administration duties including filing, document management, information security and ease of reference
Ensuring that the correct processes are followed when receiving and placing orders
Communicate payment terms as well as general terms & conditions of sale with each quotation
Facilitating the clear communication about delivery times and installation times with the customer
Communicate handover details between the customer and operations team
Monitoring and overseeing the CRM system with focus on ensuring leads and potential customers are updated on the system regularly
Preparing accurate reports as required, mainly comprising forecast updates, pipeline, customer visit reports and activity reporting
Maintaining accurate records of all negotiations and interactions with customers
Requirements:
Grade 12
Sales and Marketing NQF 5 xe2x80x93 6(an advantage)
Computer literacy including Excel, Word and CRM experience an advantage
