Requirements:

• NDip, Boilermaking, or Fitter and Turner Trade.
• 2-5 years' experience with mining equipment.
• Willing to frequently travel internationally.
• Positive, high-energy individual.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of installation and commissioning of the companies' equipment/plant at Customerxe2x80x99s sites.
• Complete equipment checks lists, punch lists, commissioning, and completion certificates.
• Co-ordinate and plan installation and commissioning functions with Contracts Engineers and Process Engineers.
• Assist with factory acceptance testing of equipment/plant components with Contracts Engineers and Process Engineers.
• Inspect and release trial and shop assembly of equipment/plant components as required by the quality plan and equipment checklist.
• Assist with inspection of equipment/plant components and ensure compliance with the purchase order, approved drawings, specification, and codes of practice.
• Complete inspection reports and release certificates for equipment/plant components.
• Assist with expediting of supplier documentation such as drawings, QCPxe2x80x99s, welding documentation, NDE procedures, O&M manuals and data books and ensure these are issued in accordance with the RDDL detailed in the purchase order.
• Assist with expediting of delivery of materials and equipment and ensure completion in accordance with the purchase order and the Contract Management Plan issued by the Contracts Engineer.
• Assist with supervision of loading of comapny equipment including verification of packing lists against the bill of materials, photographic evidence of contents of crates, containers and material loaded in containers and/or trucks with the associated packing lists and electronic filing on SharePoint.
• Check/discuss modifications to mechanical drawings for as-built documentation in conjunction with Contracts Engineer.
