Position:
Site Supervisor - Structural Steel IndustryWe are looking for an experienced and proactive
Site Supervisor
to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise instructural steel fabrication and site installation
, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Extensive experience in the
structural steel industry
Provensite installation
background Strong understanding ofstructural engineering fabrication methods
Excellentcustomer communication
and interpersonal skills Skilled insite logistics, planning, and coordination
Ability and willingness tomentor and upskill staff
Flexible toassist the factory supervisor
and contribute to other business activities when not on site Knowledge ofcrane operations and rigging
Ability to performsite modifications
as needed Solid grasp ofhealth and safety compliance
Capable of working in apressurised, fast-paced environment
