Job Summary
An established company in Malta is seeking a Site Supervisor.
The Site Supervisor will play a key leadership role on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) project sites, providing both operational oversight and technical guidance to site personnel.
Responsibilities:

• Interpreting Project Drawings: The supervisor must understand MEP project drawings to guide Team Leaders and ensure proper coordination of MEP trades with other site activities.
• Managing As-Fitted Drawings: They are responsible for 'As-Fitted Drawings' during project execution, working with Team Leaders.
• Material Preparation: Ensuring all necessary materials and tools are available before tasks begin to prevent delays. The supervisor coordinates with the company store or manages site requisitions and inventory if no Storekeeper is present.
• Site Discipline & Safety: Promoting and enforcing discipline, site standards, and Health & Safety regulations among team members.
• Monitoring Labour & BOQ: Staying informed about the Labour Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and monitoring labour usage to identify and report any issues with projections.
• Identifying Training Needs: Evaluating skill gaps and recommending training or upskilling needs to the M&E Project Coordinator.
• Administration: Managing attendance records, timesheets, and leave requests.
• Tool Management: Collecting and returning tools and equipment when staff are reassigned.
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between the company office and the site, using company-provided tools like email and a mobile phone. They also delegate tasks to Team Leaders as needed.
• Hands-On Involvement: Being actively involved in site work, especially on smaller projects where Team Leaders may not be assigned
