3 Months: The employee will be responsible for:
Work in conjunction with Site Supervisor on site to ensure successful execution of all civil related works for building works to commence thereafter.
Ensuring that the sequence of activities on site is best to achieve the earliest completion date.
Monitor program of works.
Planning, executing, and managing all civil works ensuring that civil services get done on time and within budget.
Manage and record all hired plants, goods, and equipment efficiently and accurately.
H&S Responsibilities - as per company policies
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Civil Construction.
Must have a valid driver's license with PDP.
Must be medically fit.
Must have knowledge of construction methods.
Must be able to do basic survey (Setting out and put-up levels).
Must be able to interpret drawings and compile a material list.
Reside near Parow Industria
South African Citizenship
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R90,00 per hour
Work Location: In person
