BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying or BSc Civils 2-5 years' experience on railway, Roads or civil projects
Duties:
Conducting measurement of works completed, comparing with BOQ and Drawings Drawing up Certificate for Payments Compiling the Bills of Quantities Assist/compile with the Tenders/documents Assists in managing project costs Conducting valuations for progress payments Compiling of cost and earned value reports Liese with suppliers Attending project progress meetings Preparing Estimates for Claims Providing input on cost-effective materials and methods for construction projects. Monitoring of claims, and additional scope Managing of Sub-Contractor's Accounts and BOQ
