Site Manager/Senior Foreman - Cape TownOur client, a national construction company, specialising in medium to large scale projects, seeks to employ an, well experienced and qualified Senior Foreman/ Site Manager , for their operation in Cape Town.This role is based on-site in the Northern Cape, with a home base in Cape Town.We are ideally seeking a candidate who has a combination of both building a civil construction of large operational centre, to include finishings and fitout.KEY REQUIREMENTS TO MEET FOR CONSIDERATION:You will have completed Matric, coupled with 5-10 years as a Senior General Foreman or Site Manager on large build projects of operational centres and commercial structure, to include complete fitouts.You will have proven experience in liaising with clients and reporting on progress, supervising site staff and subcontractorsYou will have solid experience in coordinating materials, monitoring build costs and preparing site reportsYou must have experience in conducting quality and safety inspections, as well as effective problem solving and motivating staffYou must be a detailed-orientated and organized team player with demonstrated delivery in high pressure situations.You must have a driverxe2x80x99s license, a clear criminal and credit record, and reliable transport.Due to the exceptionally high volumes of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally, therefore only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
