Site Manager
A fast growing EME, based in the Gauteng, Pretoria is looking for a Site
Manager for a project based in Pretoria.
The following are the minimum requirements:
Qualification: National diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent 10+ years working experience. 5-Year Manegerial Work Experience Health & Safety Training License code 10 Experience as supervisor in Bulk Material Handling Plant. Eskom/Sasol/Mines experience will be advantageous.
Skills and Competencies required
Decision making Ability to lead a large, multidisciplinary team Understanding of bulk handling plant components like conveyor belts, loading and unloading systems, processing equipment, etc. Expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Proficiency in oil analysis, thermography, vibration analysis, etc. Uncompromising commitment to safety Expertise in leading HSE systems like Risk assessment, Permit To Work (PTW) systems, etc. Design and drawing literacy Communication skills Subcontractor management Be practical AutoCad
