Minimum Requirements:
- Proven minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Manager in the Kitchen Renovating Industry, focusing on Cabinetry Manufacturing and Installation
- Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
- Familiarity with kitchen design and renovation processes required
- Previous experience in managing cabinetry crews for kitchen renovation projects necessary
- Knowledge of industry-specific cabinetry materials and suppliers expected
- Strong understanding of cabinetry design, manufacturing processes, and installation techniques essential
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills required
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure necessary
- Familiarity with project management software and tools beneficial
- High level of attention to detail crucial
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English are required
- Must be able to provide at least 3 months pay slips on request
- Must have contactable references
- Monthly Basic Salary from R 23 000, negotiable on experience
