SMPP Site Manager - RustenburgOur client is looking for a Site Managers to join their team.SMPP Site Manager required for our mining client based in Rustenburg. You will be responsible to manage service teams and administration staff at a mining site in the North-West Province and ensure that satisfactory service delivery is achieved. Ensure contractual obligations are met to the customerxe2x80x99s satisfaction, whilst building strong relationships with end users in the plant.Responsibilities:Planning, Scheduling and Executing of job planning provided by the minexe2x80x99s staff and coordinate with all service teams as well as executing the planned manned hours and schedule provided by the minexe2x80x99s planners, schedulers and engineering staff.Routine Work Management ComplianceEnsure technician job cards are submitted daily.Ensure all Safety requirements are in place and implemented.General site coordination and management relationship between the companyxe2x80x99s staff and the mines Management and staff interactions.Attend meetings as required by the minexe2x80x99s management and end users in the plant.Inform end users/foreman of the planned and scheduled jobs and coordinate and advise if any changes of these duties deviate or are delayed by email and other communication channels as per the minexe2x80x99s communication channels.Inform Customers/Foreman of spares received and update all parties concerned and mining staff responsible for their planning and scheduling tasks.Onsite technical workmanship and supervision of Quality service delivery by the technical teams.Skills:Team playerHighly skilled and motivatedSafety & systems orientatedRequirements:Boilermaking trade qualificationSect 13 or 26D with Modules xe2x80x93 Boilermaker tradeMedically Fit xe2x80x93 RFA RequiredIntimate knowledge of MHSAMinimum of 5 years onsite experience in structural steel and pipingOwn transportationClean and sober habitsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentExperience:structural steel and piping: 5 years (Required)License/Certification:Boilermaking trade qualification (Required)Ability to Commute:Rustenburg, North West (Required)
