Hire Resolve is partnering with a well-established company in the Eastern Cape who is seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team. The Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site operations to ensure successful project execution mainly focusing on wind farms.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising all activities on-site, managing subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project schedules and budgets, and maintaining a safe working environment. It is essential to have excellent leadership and communication skills, as you will be required to collaborate with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Requirements

• National Diploma in electrical or mechatronic engineering; BTech preferred
• Strong knowledge and comprehension of key plant equipment, systems, and processes
• Knowledge of renewal plant management is crucial
• Knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety regulations
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in switching LV and MV systems
• Exposure or knowledge of SCADA systems, HV and MV power systems, transformers, solar PV systems
• Valid driver's license
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field
