Job Description
Our client, a medium-sized contractor in Cape Town, is seeking a skilled Site Manager to oversee luxury residential projects along the Atlantic Seaboard.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 years experience in site management.
- A construction-related qualification is advantageous.
- Proven experience with concrete building structures and high-end finishes.
- Familiarity with JBCC contracts and MS Projects is essential.
- Company vehicle and fuel allowance provided.
