Job Description
Our client, a dynamic, medium-sized building contractor with a strong track record in bespoke luxury homes and commercial buildings, is seeking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 12 years experience in the construction industry (post grad).
- Relevant construction-related qualification.
- Proven experience managing high-end residential projects is essential.
- MS Projects
- JBCC experience
- Full oversight of luxury residential projects, ensuring effective planning, progress tracking, quality assurance, and profitability.
- Managing , guiding and assisting Site Managers
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and professional teams.
- Managing and developing project staff, overseeing plant and material resources.
- Selecting, negotiating, and managing sub-contractors.
- The successful candidate will report directly to the CEO.
- Quality assurance
