to oversee day-to-day site operations, manage construction teams, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate activities of workers and subcontractors on-site.
Ensure adherence to project plans specifications, and safety standards.
Monitor progress and quality of work performed .
Maintain site records, daily reports, and attendance registers.
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients.
Order and control materials and equipment required for the site.
Conduct toolbox talks.
Maintain accurate safety documentation and reports.
Liaise with management, contractors, and clients on safety matters.
Requirements:
Samtrac/ Nebosh/ Equivalent Health abd safety qualifications.
Minimum of 5 years experience in construvtion or civil projects.
Strong knowledge of OHS Act and Construction Regulations.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
