Key Responsibilities:
Process various administrative requirements and controls for site activities.
Create a forward plan of orders and ensure that requisitions are timeously processed.
Ensure adequate PPE is sourced and in place.
Manage Attendance Registers to ensure payments/wages are correctly calculated.
Conduct Toolbox Talks.
Ensure that all site-specific requirements for Health, Safety and Environment are in place.
Ensure that all Health, Safety and Environment Files are in place and available for inspection.
Liaise with Staff in terms of their own Health and Safety and ensure that any requirements are timeously addressed.
Maintain proper and accurate document controls.
Requirements
Grade 12 Senior Certificate.
National Certificate/Diploma in Office Administration.
Proven experience as a Site Clerk of 2 to 5 years.
Previous experience within the construction environment.
The ability to execute repetitive activities daily.
