ROLE OVERVIEW

This isn't your standard admin role -- it's the engine room of ecommerce.



At MyRunway, the Ecommerce Admin Lead is the person who makes sure the site doesn't just look good -- it runs flawlessly. You lead the detail, own the execution, and keep the wheels turning while everything moves fast around you.

You'll be launching products, guiding junior admins, and making sure nothing slips through the cracks on a live trading site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Site & Offer Execution

- Oversee product and offer uploads -- fast, accurate, - and on time

Quality-check listings, images, pricing, and content before anything goes live Catch issues early and fix them before customers ever see them

Admin Team Leadership

Act as the go-to for ecommerce admin processes and standards Support, guide, and upskill junior admin team members Set the pace for accuracy, organisation, and delivery Work closely with Supply, Marketing and Warehouse teams

Stock, Data & Systems

Own stock sheets and admin trackers Ensure data is clean, up to date, and reliable Spot gaps, inconsistencies, or risks before they become problems

PERSONAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

You're detail-obsessed, organised, and love clean systems You're tech-comfortable and confident with spreadsheets You're proactive, solutions-focused, and hate sloppy execution

EXPERIENCE

You've worked in ecommerce, retail admin, or digital operations You've studied Business, Retail, Commerce, or something analytical You've supported or led junior team members before You love optimising processes and making things more efficient


This role is for someone ready to step up. You'll have visibility, influence, and ownership -- and you'll see your work reflected live on site, every single day.
