Who we're looking for
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Growth Marketer team Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing and growth across various platforms and channels. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, user acquisition and retention strategies to maximize ROI and achieve business goals. The Growth Marketing Team Lead will work closely with developers, affiliate team, digital teams, head of affiliate and the rest of the business to optimize campaigns, analyze data, and implement strategies that drive app downloads, acquisition and engagement.

What you'll be doing
In addition to traditional performance marketing skills, we are looking for a self-starter who can think outside the box and find innovative methods to drive traffic and user acquisition for the business. The ideal candidate will be creative, resourceful, and adept at navigating challenges posed by industry regulations while still achieving growth objectives
Specific duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive traffic to the Betway and Jackpot sites, drive user acquisitions, engagement, conversion across several key channels (including but not limited to app stores, ad networks, DSPs and paid social channels), drive revenue and efficiencies for the business.
Oversee, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on all relevant platforms and manage the team to perform in their respective growth areas.
Collaborate with developers and creative teams to create compelling ad creatives (images, videos, copy) tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Working with the head of affiliates to manage overall budgets, team members, projects, and various moving parts.
