Job Description
We are seeking a driven and confident Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing agreements with body corporates, property owners, and developers to install fibre infrastructure in complexes, estates, and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential complexes, estates, businesses and multi-dwelling units (MDUs) for fibre installation. Engage and build strong relationships with body corporates, trustees, property managers, and developers. Present proposals and negotiate access agreements for fibre infrastructure. Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments to determine feasibility. Work closely with the internal planning and deployment teams to hand over approved sites. Report weekly progress on leads, meetings, and signed agreements.
Requirements:
Proven experience in site acquisition (telecoms/fibre experience) Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confident in presenting Self-motivated and target-driven. Must have own reliable transport and a smartphone. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: R8000,00 per month
