Job Description

Nature of employment:
The successful incumbent will be employed on a permanent basis after completion of a probationary period.
Experience
The successful incumbent must have sound knowledge of Commercial and Personal Claims, both Motor and Non-Motor. The suitable candidate should have at least three (3) years experience within a similar role.
Formal education and qualifications as a minimum requirement
- Grade 12
- RE 5
- Fully computer literate (MS OFFICE)
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
- Register and update claims from clients
- Liaise with insurers and clients on all aspects of the claims process
- Following up with Insurers / Call Centers regarding claims progress
- Negotiate claim settlements
- Handle client queries effectively and professionally
- Professional
- Presentable, Well spoken, Outgoing
- Excellent people skills
- Self-starter taking own initiative in problem solving
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, written and verbal)
