Job Summary Short Term Insurance with 3-5 years experience in Wealth Claims and Broker relations for Homeowners, Motor and Personal lines claims.
Claims assessment: Assess and/or process claims following standard operating procedures | Customer Experience: Handle all wealth customer interactions professionally and efficiently | Administration: Effectively fulfil all required administrative duties, including tracking and reporting | Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all team activities are in adherence to relevant control and compliance requirements, and quality standards.
- Acts as a single point of contact for customer and broker
- Flexible servicing accessibility to a dedicated broker
- Effective handling of claims with a comprehensive approach encompassing understanding, empathy and compassion
- Physical attendance on complex claims where required to expedite processes
Higher Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
