Job Summary Short Term Insurance with 3-5 years experience in data specialist to oversee Homeowners, Motor and Personal lines claims environment to handle and analyze data, implement governance and support operational management. Advanced Power Point, Power BI and SQL essential.
Short Term Insurance with 3-5 years experience in data specialist to oversee Homeowners, Motor and Personal lines claims environment to handle and analyze data, implement governance and support operational management. Advanced Power Point, Power BI and SQL essential.
Effectively extract, process, and analyze data to
- Improve efficiency by making sure the right metrics are in place and these metrics are measurable
- Produce performance metric reporting and analysis for Claims Operations
- Collecting and reporting on business service performance measures key indicators
- Automate manual reporting into Power BI Dashboards to alleviate key man dependency
- Assess business performance issues, identify opportunities and assist in facilitating the process change and improvement
- Identify actions to eliminate workflow bottlenecks, and streamline efficiencies
Bachelors Degree and Professional Qualifications: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
