Job Summary A well-established Insurance Brokerage in Polokwane, Limpopo is looking for a Short Term Claims Consultant to join their team.The ideal candidate will be required to liaise with customers, insurance agents, assessors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely claims processing.Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and administer personal lines insurance claims.
  • Collect and assess required documentation.
  • Liaise with policyholders, adjusters, and service providers.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to customers.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate claim records and databases.
Requirements:
  • Matric
  • RE5
  • DOFA (Required)
  • Class of Business Qualification (Personal & Commercial) xe2x80x93 Advantageous
  • Additional relevant qualifications (e.g., BA, BCom) xe2x80x93 Beneficial
  • Experience in insurance claims administration preferred
