Requirements:
- Customer service or sales experience.
- Knowledge of cruise destinations and shore excursions.
- Fluency in [language(s)] (a plus).
- First aid and CPR certified (some cruise lines require).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Flexibility and ability to work long hours.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in tourism or hospitality (preferred).
