Job Description

We're seeking a rockstar E-commerce Virtual Assistant with strong Shopify product listing experience to join our growing remote team. This is a long-term role for someone who is highly organized, detail-driven, and takes ownership of their work.

You'll play a key role in managing and optimizing Shopify product listings -- primarily Print-on-Demand (POD) and Apparel -- and supporting smooth inventory and product operations across platforms.

What You'll Do

Upload, manage, and optimize Shopify product listings end-to-end Work primarily with

POD & Apparel products

Monitor, update, and sync inventory levels across platforms Use

Listing Mirror

(or similar tools) to ensure listings are accurate and properly synced Organize product data, images, variants, and assets with exceptional attention to detail Collaborate with the team on product launches, updates, and new rollouts Follow detailed SOPs consistently -- and suggest improvements where applicable Track time and productivity using

What We're Looking For

2+ years of hands-on Shopify experience (non negotiable)

Strong written and verbal English communication skills Highly organized and able to follow detailed instructions precisely Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently Committed to a

full-time schedule 9 AM - 5 PM EST

Reliable computer, internet connection, and quiet work environment
Bonus Points If You Have

Hands-on experience with

Teeinblue

or similar personalization apps Background in

Print-on-Demand and/or Apparel

Experience with

inventory management systems

, especially Listing Mirror Familiarity with

Canva and/or Photoshop

Experience using project management tools like

ClickUp

Knowledge of Shopify apps for

filters, metafields, or product bundling

Strong spreadsheet and

Google Sheets
