We are looking for a highly organised

Junior E-commerce Publishing Assistant

to support the online presentation of our clothing and footwear collections. Working closely with the E-commerce, Buying, and Marketing teams, you will help ensure our products are accurately published, visually appealing, and aligned with brand standards across our website.

This is an ideal entry-level role for someone passionate about fashion and online retail, looking to develop a career in e-commerce

Key Responsibilities

Upload and maintain clothing product listings, including styles, colours, sizes, and fit details Ensure product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and size guides are accurate and consistent Support new collection launches, promotions, and seasonal updates Assist with categorisation, navigation, and on-site merchandising to improve customer experience Carry out basic SEO optimisation for product titles and descriptions Work with Buying, Merchandising, and Creative teams to gather product information and assets Conduct regular quality checks to identify and correct content or data errors Support reporting on product performance and website content.

Qualifications:

Matric (Required)

Tertiary qualification would be beneficial.

Knowledge / Skills Required

Experience using e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) Basic understanding of SEO or digital content Previous retail, admin, or data-entry experience 1-2 years of experience in an e-commerce publishing role. Matric (required) Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident using computers and online systems Good written communication skills Comfortable working with spreadsheets (e.g. Excel or Google Sheets) An interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
