NDC Personnel & Contractors is looking for a Shift Manager to ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards.

In this role your responsibilities will include contributing to annual budget targets, managing departmental expenditure, optimising team members, and fostering a safe working environment. Develop customer relationships, promote inclusivity, and drive cooperative efforts across departments. Youxe2x80x99ll excel in reporting, shape the departmental culture, and navigate dynamic circumstances while promoting cross-departmental collaboration and continuous improvement!

To land this opportunity, youxe2x80x99ll need a Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field (Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or Business Studies) plus at least 5 yearsxe2x80x99 progressive food manufacturing experience xe2x80x93 with a minimum of 2 years in a more senior production/operational role.

Showcase your proven knowledge and experience with equipment, process and product design and commissioning, your capacity to convert requirements to an achievable output and effective communicator of progress to all business stakeholders.
