As a Shift Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the strategic shift planning, compliance, and overall operational execution within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various departments including Inbound, Production, Outbound, Salvage, Facilities, and SHEQ Management, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Matric / NQF level 4 qualification. Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience. 2-3 years experience in Warehouse experience and management experience MUST HAVE: car and license Exposure to distribution centers Critical to the role: Must have a car and license Strong leadership Disciplined Computer literate Execute strategic shift plans to meet productivity targets. Minimize operational risks for both clients and staff by upholding company policies and procedures. Implement HR and IR policies effectively. Safeguard the operational model's integrity and maintain high housekeeping standards. Collaborate with the Site and Services Manager to implement effective service plans. Assume leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Regional Operations Manager. Foster transparent communication between internal management and Client Management. Provide regular comprehensive shift reports to ACMS Management. Ensure adherence to discipline guidelines and policies. Supervise TES Shift Managers and oversee the productivity of assigned personnel.
