Job Description
Job Summary:
To ensure optimum utilization of plant, raw materials, and people, to produce quality products at a minimum cost which meets customer and business requirements and complies with legislation.

- World Class Manufacturing
- Min: BTech in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical)
- Tertiary qualification in business administration or operations management is advantageous
- 5+ years' experience within the fast-moving manufacturing sector
- 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role
- Proven Leadership ability
- Understanding of the principles and practices of WCM
- Report writing Skills
- Data Analysis
- People Management
- Maintenance Management processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage people and output
