Job Summary
About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Night Shift Controller to oversee night operations at our busy distribution center. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the warehouse during off-peak hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team
Ensure accurate and timely processing of incoming and outgoing goods
Maintain high standards of health & safety, cleanliness, and organisation
Monitor and report on stock movements and discrepancies
Liaise with day shift supervisors and management to ensure continuity
Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to company procedures
Resolve operational issues and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
Previous experience in warehouse supervision or similar role (night shift preferred)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility and a hands-on approach
