RPO Recruitmentxe2x80x99s client is urgently seeking the expertise of a SHEQ Supervisor in Northern Cape
Responsibilities
- Conflict resolution
- Coordinate, implement, control and monitor change plan
- Data integrity control
- Identify improvement initiatives
- Promote and assure adherence to SHERQ procedures
- Team planning
- Implementation of operational plans
- Implementation of compliance requirements
- SHERQ planning, organising and administration
- SHERQ reporting and support
- Comply with IMS standards.
- Grade 12
- Diploma in Safety
- COMSOC 1 & 2 Certificate
- Blasting Certificate Opencast Mines
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 SHERQ experience in an Opencast Mining Environment
- 10 yearsxe2x80x99 Opencast Mining experience
- Salary: R700K/yr - R950K/yr, negotiable
