Take part during development and ensure implementation of SHEQ systems at plant level.
Ensure compliance to ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHS 45001 at site level.
Ensure impact/risk registers and management programme is up to date.
Collect data and maintain systems for effective reporting of SHEQ management system performance.
Monitor and report on status of all SHEQ related non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
Recommend corrective actions for non-conformances identified during internal audits/ inspections and verify implementation.
Feedback on performance of SHEQ management system to SHEQ Manager
Co-ordinate plant specific SHEQ related training with Trainers
Monitor and manage the Document Management System for site.
Plan & co-ordinate Site auditing / inspection activities
Participate in internal and external SHEQ Audits (Internal auditor)
Compiling, coordination and distribution of SHEQ reports
Attend site SHEQ-related meetings.
Do general administration functions and ensure record keeping is up to standard.
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12
National Diploma in SHE Management. SAMTRAC or equivalent.
Certificate in 45000, ISO 14000 and ISO 9001
Risk Management courses
>5 years
Experience in Engineering, mining & construction mobile equipment.
Knowledge on SHEQ systems, best practice management and ISO requirements
