Update customer information on Sales Force e.g., quotes, contact information
Create purchase requisition on SAP
Maintain individual dashboards for all sales staff
Generating new machine turnover forecast
Compile monthly deliveries with salesman, and customer handover pack
Generate quotes for customers
Liaise with central sales admin team and coordinators transport of machines and quotes for local extras
Keep detailed filing on all machine deals, including quote, order, checklists, warranty documents, etc
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
Grade 12, /Matric Certification
Planning and Scheduling Certificate an added advantage.
SAP CRM processes and SAP Super User knowledge an added advantage.
Problem solving, Analysis and judgement, Numerical reasoning, influence & Negotiation, Strategic Thinking, Assertiveness, Drive (Results focused) and Conflict Management.
Exposure to business planning/budgeting processes.
Sound business and financial acumen
Sound business communication and presentation skills.
Sound Advance MS office knowledge.
Leading and motivating people. Briefing and debriefing people. Plan, lead, Organise and control.
