Job Summary Minimum Qualifications and Experience: xe2x80xa2 4-6 years' experience in Environmental Health & Safety Management in Construction and Petroleum Sector xe2x80xa2 Related Environmental Health & Safety certificates or equivalent courses completed xe2x80xa2 Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet) xe2x80xa2 Skilled in delivering training programs, presentations and development of policies and procedures. xe2x80xa2 Valid Driver's License xe2x80xa2 Diploma / Degree in SHE Management will be an advantage. Main Duties: xe2x80xa2 Build strong working relationships to assist Managers to consistently implement the Company's SHE Policy and Management System xe2x80xa2 Provide leadership, mentoring, guidance, and development of SHE Team xe2x80xa2 Promote incorporation of SHE into business planning and assist with establishing SHE management performance measures. xe2x80xa2 Develop and implement National SHE Projects, Processes and Procedures xe2x80xa2 Assist and coordinate the investigation and management of accidents, incidents and near misses. xe2x80xa2 Conduct SHE system quality checks and produce accurate data for use in reporting. xe2x80xa2 Develop and coordinate delivery of SHE Training Programs xe2x80xa2 Co-ordinate and assist with audits. xe2x80xa2 Ability to travel as and when required. xe2x80xa2 Attend audits and investigation
