An opportunity has become available within the Settlement and Recons Clerk Department of Invoice to Cash Team.

You will be responsible for, among others:
Resolving all calls logged to I2C team via Synergy
Investigating and resolving all exceptions related to stores EFT transactions
Investigating and resolving all unknown bank entries
Daily Reconciliation of EFT transactions
Investigating and resolving all unknown bank entries
Liaising with the banks to resolve any queries
Liaising with stores and the operations divisions
Process correcting journals
Ad hoc related tasks that may arise
We are looking for a candidate with the following:
Matric
2 years+ experience in a finance/admin environment
Have reconciliation experience xe2x80x93 essential
Recon Assist experience - Advantageous
SAP experience - essential
Highly accurate and detail orientated
Able to work independently, as well as within a team.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
An assertive communicator
Have a high customer service orientation
Deadline oriented with excellent time-management skills
Able to work under pressure
Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)
Keen to assist where you have capacity and go the extra mile
Preference will be given, but not limited to, candidates from designated groups in terms of the Employment Equity Act.
