Their role ranges from input to selling activities and service design, on-boarding and operational readiness validation through to the conclusion of early life support. Focus will always remain on achieving a successfully transitioned service to the agreed timeframe, costs and service outcomes.

This role entails working closely with the Managed Services management/leadership team to understand the business objectives and managing the transition of the relevant initiatives into the Managed Services business, whilst ensuring that these are aligned with key measures to ensure achievement of overall goals of the client and NTT Ltd business whilst maintaining performance and effectiveness.
