Time for a head start as a Service Delivery Manager?

You will be in a hybrid first remote role, with travel to our offices in Century City, Cape Town for once week while you tackle the rest of your work week at home! You will be part of a team that is customer and client focused, with exposure to new emerging technologies and international reach. xf0x9fx8cx8d

As an ambassador of the business, you will own and manage the day-to-day relationship with clients to ensure a high level of service is consistently delivered.

How will your day to day look like xf0x9fx94x8d:

• Developing and managing Service Level Agreements
• Maintaining close working relationships with clients
• Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure contractual commitments are met.
• Contributing to planning the overall client relationship strategy, with emphasis on cost reduction and service improvement
• Producing management reports for clients and internal management
• Leading service review meetings
• Providing feedback based on trends and root cause analysis finding.

A little bit about you xf0x9fx93x9d:

• Experience of working within customer services or a customer-facing role
• Strong interpersonal skills; a natural negotiator, collaborator, and communicator
