Job Description
Our client based in Cape Town (Southern Suburbs), is looking for an experienced Dealership Service Advisor to join their service department.
The successful candidate must have strong Dealership Service Advisor skills and be able to manage their day effectively and proficiently. Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Driver's license
- Experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
- Meet and greet customers
Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
Update necessary vehicle details * Prepare quotations
Ensure accurate invoice payments * Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
