Ford Service Advisor
Dealership in KZN Surrounding is currently seeking an experienced Ford Service Advisor. Salary R13 000 - R18 000 negotiable depending on experience, Plus medical aid and pension fund.
Responsibilities:
Welcoming customers upon arrival
Opening and closing of Job cards
Contacting customers to advise on progress
Invoicing, Maintaining service excellence at all times
Booking vehicles in and out, Liaising with customers
General administration, Following up of cash outstanding
Scheduling of workshop, Following up with Customers
Maintaining CSI
Phoning for authorization
Requirements
Previous Service Advisor Experience
Vaccination Certificate
Clear criminal record & ITC & traceable References
Computer literate
