Greet customers and assess their vehicle service and repair needs.
Open job cards, prepare cost estimates, and obtain customer authorisations.
Liaise between customers and technicians throughout the repair process.
Ensure all service documentation and invoicing are completed accurately.
Follow up with customers on vehicle status and post-service satisfaction.
Promote service plans, accessories, and value-added products.
Maintain high levels of customer care and professionalism at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a franchised dealership.
Strong technical understanding of motor vehicles.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Automate / Evolve / Kerridge or similar DMS systems.
Valid driver's licence and clear criminal record.
