We are looking for a high-energy
SEO & Digital Media Specialist
to join our Cape Town headquarters. This is a multi-faceted role where you will own the digital presence of
several powerhouse brands
, ensuring our message resonates across three continents and diverse healthcare markets.
The Role
As our specialist, you won't just be "managing" platforms - you will be the architect of our organic growth and digital engagement. You will balance technical SEO and web management with creative content production and data-driven performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO & Technical Web Management
Strategy & Audit:
Conduct end-to-end SEO audits and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to dominate SERPs in the UK, USA, and SA.
Web Ownership:
Build, maintain, and optimize brand sites on
Squarespace and Shopify
, ensuring high conversion rates, mobile responsiveness, and fast load speeds.
Keyword Intelligence:
Use tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner) to identify high-intent content gaps and keyword opportunities.
Content & Paid Media Performance
Conversion Copywriting:
Write high-performing, SEO-optimised copy for blogs, landing pages, and email funnels that attract both medical professionals and B2B clients.
Campaign Management:
Assist our Paid Media team in planning and executing multi-channel digital campaigns. This includes managing Paid Social (Meta/LinkedIn) and/or PPC initiatives to drive lead generation.
Creative Oversight:
Brief video and image assets to the production team and review all creatives to ensure 100% brand consistency and regional relevance.
Social Media & Community Growth
Platform Management:
Develop and schedule data-backed content calendars for
TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X
.
Brand Voice:
Adapt messaging for regional nuances (e.g., UK vs. US English) and ensure a professional yet engaging brand presence.
Analytics & Insight
Data Reporting:
Utilise
GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Search Console
to track the full user journey.
Actionable Metrics:
Provide monthly reports that move beyond "likes," focusing on traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years of proven experience in SEO and Digital Marketing (Agency or multi-national brand experience preferred).
Platform Expertise:
Proficiency in
Squarespace and Shopify
is essential.
The Toolkit:
Advanced knowledge of
GA4, GTM
, and SEO tools
Creative Skills:
Proficiency in
Canva
Technical Literacy:
Comfortable working with SharePoint, GitHub, etc.
Global Fluency:
