Role Overview

Invnt Group is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Specialist with strong marketing, SEO, and digital communication experience. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of developing, managing, and optimising social media content and campaigns across multiple industries.

This position requires someone who can analyse algorithms, identify target markets, and structure data-driven content strategies that deliver measurable results.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

3-5+ years proven experience in: Social media management Digital marketing SEO and analytics Content creation & brand storytelling Demonstrated experience working across multiple industries. Strong understanding of: Social media algorithms Audience targeting Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, etc. Ability to track performance and generate monthly reports. Graphic design or content-editing ability will be an advantage.

Location Requirements

Applicants must reside close to the V&A Waterfront / surrounding Cape Town areas for ease of travel and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies for Invnt Group brands. Schedule, publish, and manage content across all social media platforms. Use analytics and algorithm insights to improve reach and engagement. Identify and target specific audience segments. Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates. Execute SEO best practices to enhance online visibility. Manage campaigns end-to-end, including reporting and performance tracking. Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
