Summary
Leading Insurance Group requires a UX Architect to design experience strategies and information architecture that support product design and ensuring consistent experiences across the business delivery of customer experience
Description
Define the structural and strategic aspects of User experience in the business
Research and provide thought leadership on best practises, strategy and UX Architecture
Define information architecture, sitemaps and user flows to create logical and organised structures
Design solutions based on user feedback
Guide all activities of UX Design and Product Design Teams
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in related field
UXPM Level 1 Certification (Advantageous)
5 Years experience in UX Architect, UX Strategy, UX Research, Digital product creation and strategy
Experience in Financial Services or Insurance Industry
Good Understanding and knowledge of Information Architecture, UX Design, UX Research, Digital Product strategy and design
