Want to be a part of our team? Develops, analyzes and maintains tools that support and automate processes for hardware or software product release. Writes installation scripts and programs for installation of products. Works with project teams to determine an appropriate build schedule and then initiates the build and packaging process. Compiles and assembles software from source code. Ensures tools are stored in source control. Supports developers for software package registry and delivery. Works with others to complete analysis, evaluations and design alternatives and to implement process improvements. Works with development engineers to correct build errors.

Working at NTT

The primary function of the Senior DevSecOps Architect will be to automate processes needed for the successful deployment and ongoing operations of relevant solutions across a variety of products and services. This role will work closely with the relevant NTT teams on operational and deployment requirements and matching an appropriate information security solution to those requirements. This position is required to participate in the delivery of agile, reliable, repeatable service deployments of security infrastructure to support NTT Ltd global business.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Participate in the development and integration of security services that span network and application security, vulnerability and patch management, incident response, digital forensics, automated source code analysis and cyber security investigations.

Provide detail technical support to promote adoption of methods and tools and adherence to policies and standards.

Offer detailed technical support in the architecture, design and implementation of highly automated deployments to support the NTT global operational model.

Work on strategic projects automate and regularly review/optimise the NTT CI processes and tools.

Develop subject matter expertise by maintaining scripting, coding and system administration skills and applying these skills to increase operational efficiencies, reducing the need for manual processes.

Assist with the identification and investigation of emerging technologies and associated migration.

Work closely with the relevant NTT teams on operational and deployment requirements and matching an appropriate information security solution to those requirements.

Offer detailed technical support related to information security problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information.

Provide technical support to enable the configuration of software, other system components and equipment for systems testing.

Work on new integrations builds and ensure that integration test environments are correctly configured.

Participate in the assessment of information security infrastructure and application vulnerabilities and take remediation actions as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Attributes:

A strong advocate for a Security DevOps culture by collaborating with NTT development, operations and engineering teams

Demonstrate a strong ability to engage with various stakeholders, have a team-based approach and work towards share goals and outcomes

Passionate about delivering quality services

Display attention to detail and the ability to present ideas in a tangible form

Ability to communicate design rationale and use your influencing skills to build consensus

Have an automation first approach to application and infrastructure deployment, setup and configuration

Good working knowledge of infrastructure design, including network, storage and compute layers.

Demonstrable product knowledge of relevant software products and services

Experience evaluating and integrating new technologies and products

Previous system administration and operations experience with infrastructure both physical and virtual

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

An IT related or Engineering tertiary qualification will be highly regarded

Relevant certifications

Agile related certification

Required Experience:

Demonstrable experience with automating build, deployment and configuration of complex applications

Experience with security architecture design principles

Experience with automated deployment of highly scalable and available cloud, hybrid and on-prem based services

Exposure to containers, micro-services, workload templates and automation on different platforms

Good working knowledge of infrastructure design, including network, storage and compute layers

Knowledge and experience across the SDLC

Experience working in a multi-team environment across multiple geographies

Demonstrated testing and quality assurance experience
