Job Description
TechUnity is seeking a highly experienced Senior Telecaller Females with extensive exposure to the South African business environment. The role involves engaging senior decision-makers, generating qualified leads, scheduling high-value appointments, and supporting revenue growth through professional outbound communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-quality outbound calls to senior executives, decision-makers, and business owners across South Africa
Generate qualified leads and book appointments for senior sales or management teams
Maintain strong follow-up discipline to nurture prospects and close engagement cycles
Handle objections professionally and convert cold and warm leads effectively
Accurately update CRM systems with call outcomes, lead status, and notes
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly calling and appointment targets
Represent the organization with professionalism, confidence, and cultural sensitivity
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of telecalling / telesales / B2B calling experience
Strong understanding of South African business culture and communication norms
Exceptional spoken English with a neutral or locally familiar accent
Proven ability to engage senior-level stakeholders over the phone
High level of emotional intelligence, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Strong time management, discipline, and target-driven mindset
Proficiency with CRM tools and telecalling systems
Preferred Experience
Experience calling corporate, enterprise, or mid-market clients in South Africa
Background in IT services, SaaS, consulting, finance, or B2B services
Experience working with international clients or global sales teams
Performance Metrics
Number of qualified appointments booked
Call quality and conversion ratios
CRM data accuracy and reporting compliance
Client and internal stakeholder feedback
